Terms and Conditions

By placing an order through our store, the customer agrees to the following terms and conditions:

 

Orders and Pickups

Orders must be placed by Thursday at 16:00 for pickup on Saturday of the same week, between 09:00 and 11:00 at the address indicated by Biscotto.

Biscotto reserves the right to close orders before the specified deadline if the maximum weekly production capacity is reached.

Failure to collect the order within the designated time will result in forfeiture of the order, and no refunds will be issued, as our products are fresh and perishable.

 

Payments

Payment is accepted only at the time of pickup.

Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, MobilePay, and bank transfers.

 

Cancellations and Refunds

Customers may cancel their order up to Thursday at 16:00 of the corresponding week.

After this deadline, cancellations will not be accepted, and refunds will not be issued, except in cases of proven error or default attributable to Biscotto.

 

Allergens and Ingredient Information

Allergen information is published on our website and may also be requested at the point of pickup.

Our products may contain or come into contact with the following major allergens: gluten, eggs, milk, nuts, and seeds.

It is the customer’s responsibility to consult this information prior to consuming our products.

 

Limitation of Liability

Biscotto shall not be held responsible for the failure to pick up orders within the established time and date, nor for any allergic reactions resulting from product consumption if the customer did not consult the allergen information.

 

Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Denmark.
