Refund & Return Policy

At Biscotto, we bake all our croissants and spandauers fresh for you every week. Because our products are perishable and made to order, we cannot accept returns once they have been picked up.

 

Refunds

If there is a problem with your order, such as a mistake in the products you received or quality issues, please contact us immediately at biscottodk@gmail.com

 We will review your case and offer a solution, which may include a replacement or a partial refund, depending on the situation.

 

How to request a refund

To request a refund or report an issue:

  • Send an email to biscottodk@gmail.com as soon as possible after your pickup.
  • Include your order details, the issue you experienced, and, if possible, photos.

We will respond within 48 hours and work with you to resolve the problem.

 

Important notes

All orders are made fresh for pickup on Saturdays, so we are unable to accept returns of opened or consumed products.

Please check your order carefully when picking it up to ensure it is correct.
