Purchase & Cancellation Policy

At Biscotto, all our products are freshly baked every week.

How to Pre-order

You can choose from the available days and order at least 2 days in advance. For example, if you choose to pick up your order on Saturday, you should place your order no later than Thursday before 1 PM. The order can be collected on the day you chose, at our store at Thorshavnsgade 18, between 9 and 11 am.

⚠️ Orders may close earlier if we reach our production capacity, so we recommend placing your order early to secure your croissants and spandauers.

 

Changes or Cancellations

Pre-orders can be changed or cancelled no later than Thursday at 16:00.

After the deadline, orders cannot be cancelled because the products are baked fresh for you.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us immediately.

All orders are for pickup only; we do not offer shipping.
