At Biscotto, our guiding principle is that every detail matters.
This is why we use premium French butter and flour, Friis-Holm chocolate, and La Cabra coffee.
Every ingredient is chosen for its flavour, origin and quality.

FROM WHERE IT COMES
We source our pistachios from Bronte, Italy, for their rich, nutty flavour, our premium vanilla from Uganda for its delicate aroma and our fruit for being carefully selected at their peak.
Some of our creations are even finished with edible gold because, when something is special, the details matter. -
CRAFTED BY HAND
None of this would be possible without the process behind it: slow fermentation, precise layering and careful attention to every step.
It's not rushed. Not industrial.
